This upscale residence, set within a magnificent and extensive oak-filled property, features a heated outdoor swimming pool. Beyond the beauty and heritage of Gordes, recognized as one of France's most beautiful villages, guests can easily explore nearby attractions such as the Village des Bories, Sénanque Abbey, the Moulin des Bouillons, and the Moulins de Veroncle (accessible by foot from the residence). The wider Luberon region and the Provençal hinterland also beckon exploration.

• Size: Approximately 44 m² 2-room duplex for up to 6 people.

  • Living Area Sleeping: Living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80 cm).
  • Kitchen: Equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, capsule machine, and kettle.
  • Bathroom: Includes a bathroom with WC.
  • Cabin: Cabin with 2 bunk beds (80 cm).
• 1st Floor:
• Bedroom: Bedroom with a double bed.

Conditions:

• Price is indicated in Euros, per accommodation unit, and for the duration of the stay.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit amount varies depending on the length of stay (a higher amount for longer stays, a per-night amount for shorter stays). This deposit will be returned after an inventory check is completed on the day of departure or sent by mail.

Arrival & Departure:

• Check-in is available from late afternoon. If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform reception. You will be told the necessary procedures.
• Check-out is required before late morning.

Key Collection / Taxes:

• A local tourist tax is payable upon arrival. The rate is a percentage of the nightly rate, with a maximum amount per adult per night.
• Reception Hours:
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday: Mornings and afternoons.
  • Tuesday: Mornings.
  • Saturday: Mornings and afternoons/evenings.
  • Wednesday: Closed.
  • Sunday: Mornings.

Should additional cleaning be required beyond the standard service due to the condition of the accommodation, extra charges will apply and may be deducted from the security deposit.
