The lower level includes another comfortable sofa, an open kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area with double aspect French windows opening onto a small balcony. The apartment features two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. An additional sofa on the mezzanine floor converts into a small double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet, and W.C.
