At the beach; Near water The villa is located within an exclusive beach resort in Alimini, which offers guests a variety of amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The resort has direct access to a private beach with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a communal pool with a lifeguard on duty. Entertainment is provided for all ages and there is a children's play area. Other convenient facilities include a supermarket, newsagent, restaurant and bar, ATM and a full-time reception desk to assist with any enquiries.
In addition to the resort's own beach, guests can enjoy the crystal clear waters and sandy shore just steps away. A short 4 minute drive takes visitors to the renowned Alimini Lakes, a prime location for bird watching. The lakes offer canoe hire, hiking, swimming and picnicking. Another recommended excursion is a visit to the tranquil port of Otranto, just 15 minutes away by car. Here guests can explore the local castle, dine in top restaurants and visit the lively Wednesday morning market where they can buy fresh local produce to prepare meals at home.

The villa is arranged over two floors, enjoys a spacious veranda set up for alfresco dining. Inside, on the ground floor guests will find an open plan living space furnished with a dining table, flat screen TV and a kitchen fitted with; a coffee maker, a cooker hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
