This wonderful and rural villa, with a private swimming pool and a garden, located near Inca, will make 4 guests feel at home.

Welcome to this lovely house which disposes of a chlorine 9m x 4.5m and a depth ranging that goes from 1m to 2m. There are six hammocks where you can sunbathe and make the most of the weather as well as spend a wonderful dinner prepared at the barbecue with your loved ones. The trampoline, the table tennis, and the basket hoop will entertain kids and adults! Depending on the season, you can pick up fresh fruits from trees, like pomegranates, lemons, oranges, and apricots. There are neighbors in the area, but the property is fenced.

The property is located near Inca, a well-connected city by the motorway and the train. Every Thursday, the famous market, celebrated for a few centuries already, takes place. You will find many services such as supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, and traditional Majorcan food restaurants, known as "cellers". As is so close to the mountains, is ideal to do trips over the Tramuntana. We recommend Lluc monastery, Goig Blau reservoir, or the legendary Deià, Valldemossa, and Sóller villages. Only half an hour's drive separates you from the north coast, so don't miss the idyllic beaches of Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia, and Son Serra de Marina.
